We have developed a 100% organic stretchable conductive ink that retains its conductive properties under strain/stretch. The ink can be deposited on different types of substrates such as polymers (PU, PET, etc.), textiles (Lycra), and fibres, etc.
The conductive film is flexible, deformable and stretchable and has the following characteristics:
● Composed of an ink formulated in semi-batch and aqueous phase
● 100% polymer stretch product
● Electrical continuum maintained at 300% stretch (see graph)
● Compatible with a wide variety of substrates (textiles, polymers, fibres, resins, foams, cardboard, etc.)
● Implementation via conventional film-forming processes
The product has the following properties:
● Conductivity (4-wire measurement):1 S/cm
● Viscosity: 1-5 Pa.s
● Rheological behavior: shear thinning
● Solid content: 20%.
● Density: 1.3
● Thermal stability: 300°C
These properties allow these inks to adapt to various fields of use such as screens, technical textiles and medical applications, etc.
