Oils are commonly used in domains such as nutrition, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc. Converting these oils into a powder means they can be incorporated into a wider range of formulations.
Currently, standard spray-drying is already clearly identified and used to achieve this aim.
We need your help to identify methods to obtain an oil in powder form, along with carrier ingredients with a high oil absorption capacity.
Said technology (method or ingredient) must meet the following specifications:
Oil content > 40%
Particle size < 500µm
Non sticky powder
Natural carrier
Good redispersion in water
We would also like to identify potential partners working on these technologies.
